July 19, 2018

After 10 hours of struggle, John Cynn finally overcame Tony Miles to win the WSOP 2018 Main event. In the final hand, Cynn raised his KJ to 9 million on the small blind only to get reraised by Miles to 34 million. Cynn then called to see the flop which was KK5. Miles then bet 32 million only to get called by Cynn. The turn came 8 and Miles proceeded to go all in for 114 million. After much deliberation and thought, Cynn called only to see Tony Miles turn Q8 thus sealing Miles's fate and winning $8,800,000! Although Miles lost, he will go home with a sum of $500,000,000.
